Dear Colleague,
You are invited to submit an abstract to the 17th World Congress of
CIGR, the International Commission of Agricultural Engineering by
November 20, 2009. The Congress is organized by the Canadian Society for
Bioengineering (CSBE/SCGAB). It will be held in Quebec City, Canada, on
June 13 to 17, 2010.
The theme of the Congress is “Sustainable Biosystems through
Engineering”. The Congress includes technical activities in the seven
CIGR sections: Land and Water Engineering, Engineering for Animal
Production, Engineering for Plant Production, Energy, Systems
Engineering, Postharvest Technology and Information Systems. In
addition, specialized conferences will be held on drainage, ecological
engineering, computers in agriculture, food processing, nanotechnologies
and aquacultural engineering.
Visit the web site www.cigr2010.ca to learn more about the scope of the
Congress. Several abstracts have already been received and accepted. You
